About Us

Built for one simple reason

Hi! We're Dillon and Vera Emery, the founders behind Believe Plumbing. We met and fell in love with each other right here in Sandpoint, and feel incredibly blessed to call this beautiful community home.

While helping our family set up their property in Bonner County a few years ago, we realized how challenging it can be to depend on contractors. Phone calls went unanswered. Projects were started weeks after the promised date without notice. And too often, we were left guessing about the final cost of the work. We knew homeowners deserve better.

So we decided to be the company we wished existed. At Believe Plumbing, you get high-quality work, upfront flat-rate pricing, fast response times, and clear, honest communication. We answer the phone, show up when we say we will, and keep you informed every step of the way. No guessing. No runaround.

Local. Family-owned. Built on trust.

Believe Plumbing operates under our legal business name, Big Red Plumbing, but our heart and mission live in Believe Plumbing. We're a local, family-owned plumbing company proudly serving Sandpoint and the surrounding Idaho communities - the company was formerly known as Big Red Plumbing.

We live here. We want to raise our family here. And we treat every home and business like it belongs to a neighbor, because it does. When you call us you're dealing with a real local team that answers the phones, shows up, explains the problem clearly, and gives you honest options before any work begins.

What we believe in

With our customer's peace of mind as our top priority, we set out to create a service company where service truly comes first - phones that are always answered, same-day service whenever possible, and clear, upfront pricing you can trust. That's how Believe Plumbing (formerly Big Red Plumbing) was born.

Whether we're clearing a drain or installing a new water heater, our goal is simple: provide the best, long-lasting service in the area - unbelievably great service, every time.
